Founded in 1988 by Clive Adams B.Sc (Hons) CEng M.I.Struct.E M.I.C.E, Clive Adams Associates Ltd is a Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy who’s aim is to offer a high quality personalise service to a wide range of Clients. Our office is in Romford on the London/Essex borders and so generally operates in the South East of England.
We pride ourselves on giving the same high quality service no matter how large or small the project. We work with a number of very competent Architects and so can offer a complete “turn key” service, taking project from conception to completion.
For commercial Clients we often form part of the integral design team and are happy to work on projects in any part of the country.
Services Include:
- Feasibility Studies including construction costs.
- Site investigation reports and geo-technical studies including advice on abnormal sub-structure costs related to ground conditions.
- Structural Engineer reports Condition surveys.
- Underpinning, structural repairs and insurance claims.
- General Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy, providing design, detailing and supervisory services on a large range of industrial, commercial and residential projects.
- Project management including obtaining tenders and administering the contact on site.
- Specific design and detailing schemes, using the most sophisticated computer analysis software and CAD packages.
- Acting as an Employer’s Representative; for preparing Employer’s Requirements and for monitoring the contract on site.
